Cancelation Policy for the use of our software.

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription to our Feedback App. However, due to the nature of our service and the commitment required from our end, we have a strict no-cancellation policy for active subscriptions.

All subscription plans are non-refundable and non-cancellable during the active subscription period. This means that once you have purchased a subscription, you cannot cancel or receive a refund until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you wish to discontinue your service after the current subscription period, you must ensure that you do not renew your subscription before the expiration date.

Please note that any unused portion of your subscription will not be refunded or prorated in the event of cancellation.
